Once we receive your original item we will initiate replacement in 2 days. We will send you an email/SMS with the replacement details and delivery dates.

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped then it will not be possible to cancel the order.

You can change your address anytime before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped then it will not be possible to change the address.
